HOTEL INTERCONTINENTAL CALI BY IHG, Cali – A Smart Stay in the City

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were excellently clean, comfortable and fully furnished with great amenities, making me feel really cozy. The pool and gym were top-notch, and the 24-hour room service served some delicious cuisine. However, there was some humidity on the wall which was a slight downside.

The service shined brightly, but there is room for improvement in customer service training to reach the level of an international 5-star hotel. The location was kind of elegant, with the hotel being a fortunate 10-minute walk from downtown and boasting a view of the river. The dining experience was great with diverse offerings but could use some enhancements. Overall, a stay here is worthwhile for the value provided.
